    • Conan the Barbian:Big time badass with 2 handed sword\'s, as his best friend.

    • Blade: Half vampire half human freak with a silver sword, moves fast, talks faster.

    • Bruce Lee: Nunchuks, a lost art? No one on screen swung em better then Lee.

    • Wolverine: Ok this doesn\'t really count cuz he\'s got the healing advantage but take that away his adamantium claws are bad-ass no??

Put em all in a fight Blade would come out on top. Just line up all of their abilities and do the math. Hes just physically faster and better than the rest. Plus hes got all those weapons to back him up if he needs em. :cool: And those cool shades.

 

Now youve got an explosive device on the back of your head. :D

Ya I neglected to put an option up there for a hero of your choice but I wanted this to be a poll based strictly on my opinions. Oh and the subject line is misleading I said the best swashbucklers, even though about 3 of those guys don't use sword's for melee. But still you get the point.

 

I picked Li Mu Bai btw. He's just lightning fast and just own's all. Bruce Lee a close 2nd. WHACK WHACK WHEW WHEW N-CHUCKS RULE!! heh....

 

Blade isn't that bad but I've noticed flaws in his style's. Capoeira isn't a legitmate fighting style its just fancy move's.

 

I think simplicity is godliness Blade would get owned if he went off vs REAL heroes.

 

Did anyone notice that my apostrophes in the poll's had a slash b4 them too? This must be a bug with poll's because I noticed it elsewhere as well.

Blade? Spiderman beat up on Blade, Wolverine beat the snot out of Spiderman... Wolverine would win, out of those, methinks... ;)

 

Please note, that I've read maybe two or three issues of X-Men/Spiderman all together in my entire life and my information comes from the Spiderman cartoon... how accurate that is, I don't have any idea... this isn't a topic that I know too much about :D

 

edit: But you know who I think would beat up on all these wannabes? Westly, the Dread Pirate Roberts from The Princess Bride!

But really, its kinda unfair contest though as real fighters are challenged by semi-real fighters created by movies and Tv against creation of Pure fantasy that defies any laws the previous guys are bound by...

Well, you could argue that Bruce Lee was surrounded by a lot of myth as well (though most of it was very true) - however, an unarmed person (or one using "nunchuks") would be no threat to a guy with a sword.

if it was in close, then bruce lee might tear up mu bai, just cuz bruce lee is actually much faster in motion, if u really compare. cuz the actor, yun fat chow, can't move fast enough compared to lee.

 

but if i would really say the number one, it would be the bad guy from this movie called Burning Paradise, that dude is insane. cuz the movie is much more realistic than crouching tiger, since they can't really fly, they just are really fast. and have to just run up walls and stuff.
