I remember the above poll without JK3 as an option. Must you ask which one I am looking foward to getting most? Actually, yeah, because it is not JK3.

Personally, I loved playing Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, and a Star Wars version in full 3D is just the coolest thing I have ever heard of. Sure, you aren't using your "skills" to kill groups of Sith Troopers, packs of rabid katarns, or Darth Malak himself, but RPG combat is quite difficult mind you and IMO much more of a challenge. Also, you must be mindful of your actions other than killing pedestrians (JK1 and JK3) to stop from your fall to the Darkside. And managing a budget and knowing what to get is sorta hard your first time playing the game, and you must be mindful of your expenses. Also, there is a romance for either gender you choose to be you may want to take part of. KotOR will rock!

Don't get me wrong, JK3 looks alot more promising than the screens of JO, and it has a lot more non-linear elements. However, for that, it has no solid story and I read you run missions. Sure, you have story driven ones after a while, but the fact everyone will have a different character makes the EU incomplete. I have already seen it fit, however, that reference material will say his students ran those missions on their own (you know he has no Padawan, right? Heck, no one has seen it fit to let him be a Jedi Master or much of a role in NJO!)

The cool thing about KotOR, I intend my character to an ancestor of Kyle. Matt Katarn? Yeah, that sounds good. After defeating Malak, Bastila Shan and Matt Katarn marry and have decendents that will eventually comes down to Morgan and then Kyle.

After playing both, my opinion may change and I may claim JK3 is the best in the DF/ JK series, and that would top my all time favorite game, Dark Forces.

I don't know enough about the games. Can you give me basic details on the games.

and sites to visit. Then I'll make my vote. Right now, I'm leaning towards JK3. after playing JK2 at my friends house and totally creaming little kids(I assume they were little kids cuz the sucked) I'm really looking JK3. basicly JK2 with better graphics and some other nifty trinkets to my knowledge.

so fill me in

All 3 for me!!! :D

Galaxies: I have always wanted to go on my own saga and make a name for myself in a real Star Wars universe. This gives me that ability. (Monthly cost is a bummer though.)

KOTOR: This game just looks amazing. Finally, a link to the past of the Jedi.

JKIII: Should I even bother explaining considering the new features that are supposed to be in it? :D

Until JKIII became official, it was Knights Of The Old Republic without question. Now I'm looking forward to JKIII maybe just a bit more. I've never seriously contemplated Star Wars Galaxies...I just collected all da pwetty scween shots. :D

So JKIII, closely followed by Knights.

KotOR will be sweet. A FULL SW RPG is what I have been waiting for. I may be naff at them, but the opportunity to go round the galaxy with a lightsaber, wookie and droid is something I have been DIEING to do.

Then JKIII was official announced.... But that doesn't change things.

Whilst I am sure it will be an AWESOME game, my PC won't be able to play the first two, let alone JKIII, and JKII worked best on a PC (tried the console version. Was good try, but mouse and keyboard combo is the winner :) ). May be in the future, when I can afforf to build me a new computer, will get it 2nd hand.

Galaxies - I can understand the need for a monthly fee, although with the subscription they are gonna get, perhaps £5.99 is a tad steep (try effing vertical!). May be when I have money, if I havent grown up by then....

Well it was KOTOR, but now after reading about JKIII, I have to say I'm looking forward to that more, simply because I'm more of and FPS fan. I'm still very much looking forward to KOTOR though, both games are gonna be sweet.

Still at the moment it's KotOR, since it will be the first of the lot I will get. I am not sure about Galaxies, since I am not sure if I am the kind of person who will spend enough time playing it to get the full benefit from it.

JK3, well, I will never miss a JK game, nor will I ever miss an iteration of the X-Wing/TIE Fighter series (Please bring on Ep 3 so we can get the classic games developed again - or even better some games to fill in the gap between EP 3 and ANH).....

if you would have asked me this i would have said kotor, without a doubt. but now as i know of jk3 and saw wome nice screenies im in doubt. i also love the fps genre above the rpg so i think it´ll be jk3 from now on but very, very closely followed by kotor. the thing that had drawn me over the line is the multiplayer support in the jedi knight series, which kotor doesnt have.

and although i think all three games will rock, im not gonne spend my money on galaxies. it sees very promising but i hate it when i have to pay a monthly fee just to be able to play the game nicely.

Well, seeing as my PC is best described as a wind-up telephone connected to a monitor so small you could fit it into your jacket's inside pocket and NOT look like you've had a square breast enlargement, my only gaming option would have to be my PlayStation2. Since the only game billed for a PS2 release in the poll is Star Wars - Galaxies, then I will have to answer...

Star Wars - Galaxies.

Although I'm having enough trouble getting all the secondary bounties on Star Wars - Bounty Hunter, especially on those missions where there are over 10 of them. At this rate, I won't need another game for at least the rest of the year. Plus finding all the 007 Icons on 007 - NightFire is a nightmare... somebody please help me.
