Samuel Dravis Posted April 8, 2004 Posted April 8, 2004 This is a strange film. Anyone else got something like it? It'll be interesting to see what the swampies can dig up...
jebbers Posted April 10, 2004 Posted April 10, 2004 the part in blair witch 2 when the possessed people are cutting open the campers......
--ZeeMan-- Posted April 10, 2004 Posted April 10, 2004 in the version that was released a few years ago, the exorcist has a pretty scary part...but other than that most movies try too hard
Icemaniax Posted April 10, 2004 Posted April 10, 2004 everything is all to predictable. So I'm not a big fan of movies.
Pie™ Posted April 11, 2004 Posted April 11, 2004 Haven't seen a lot of disturbing movies... I have some horror movies i really want to add to my collection, but the sucky censors denies me... I have to find an accomplice above 18 [EDIT] Oh gawd, LF is slow tonight
legameboy Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 Chase, if you thought the movie was disturbing, read the book that they based the movie off of... *shudders*
Taos Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 Probably the most disturbing movie I've seen is called Kids. I guess what made it so disturbing was how realistic it is.
Kusanavi Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 A disturbing movie that I know of...hmm, none that I can remember but I remember one disturbingly crappy and it's name was "House of the Dead" now that was utter crap.

What I found odd, and disturbing was the Ed Gein, and Gacey movies, they were wicked, but ........ugh.
Crazy_dog no.3 Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 I've seen some scary movies, but none that are "disturbing" (eg., I can never remeber having nighmares after seeying a scary movie, etc.)
[RAA]-=Chi3f=- Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 A movie that disturbed me? NGE: The End of Evangelion Now that's how Anime should be done. The part where Rei's arm slides off the bone... yeah... that was cool
Sam Fisher Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 That is one strange movie there Samuel. I really don't get to see any "disturbing" movies, but I saw part of Highlander the movie. *I think that's the name* It was weird.
Samuel Dravis Posted April 12, 2004 Author Posted April 12, 2004 'The Ring' was also pretty strange...
Master_Ginn Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 I'd say one of the most disturbing movies for little kids would be E.T. I mean that part where the scientists come that could royally freak out a kid.
dark jedi 8 Posted April 12, 2004 Posted April 12, 2004 yeah and seeing a pale white alien would also be disturbing for a kid. i know i thought it was sick when i was younger.

Sam Fisher Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 Hey, don't ask questions, you are getting me confused ^^ He probably has his reasons..
leXX Posted April 13, 2004 Posted April 13, 2004 Event Horizon has got to be the most disturbing film I've seen.
Samuel Dravis Posted April 13, 2004 Author Posted April 13, 2004 I saw parts of that, and it looked pretty freakin' strange...
ET Warrior Posted April 14, 2004 Posted April 14, 2004 Clockwork Orange. Requiem for a dream. Reservoir Dogs. American History X. They're all kind of disturbing in their own ways.
dark jedi 8 Posted April 14, 2004 Posted April 14, 2004 some sceens in pulp fiction were also disturbing, depends if you have a weak stomach, and i forgot about event horizon, that was just freaky.
[RAA]-=Chi3f=- Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 Originally posted by Chase Windu Wasn't the original Alice in Wonderland book supposed to be seriously f***ed up like that too? Good point. I don't remember the whole story, but Alice in Wonerland was originally an obscure reference to Queen Alice and Parliment. Most of the nursery rhymes we know like little red riding hood, the boy who cried wolf, humpty dumpty, and mother goose are all muses to mock the people they portrayed.
Jdome83 Posted April 15, 2004 Posted April 15, 2004 Polergeist was a disurbing movie. Especially when that guy had the vision where he ripped his own face off.
Joe© Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 Alferd Hitchcock, the birds is a VERY scary movie:rolleyes:
