The_One
Well, don't feel particularly saddened by his loss - I don't have a lot of respect for the Reagan administration and its various "accomplishments." However, my thoughts are with his family, even if his death - to them - is probably a relief, after so many years of suffering at the hands of such a cruel, and horrible disease. Miko Reglia
Yeah, it was shocking at first to me, but then again he was 93, a miraculous age to live to. I like to think of him for his good accomplishments, most notably his negotiations with Mikhail Gorbachev during the final years of the Cold War. Troopr-Undr-Fir
*plays bagpipe death tune* (if someone could tell me what that's called I'll be most obliged ) Too bad ... But hey his job wasn't so bad. I mean he had a project called "Star Wars". Even if he did spend millions of American tax payers money on it... I'm doubley sad

MennoniteHobbit
As my signature says, we miss you President Reagan. You were a great man. Rest in peace. Even if he did spend millions of American tax payers money on it... He did? I thought it was just a theory/in development, and he just oversaw that the actual technology developing into it was going to be started.

obi
I think he was a great president, if not one of the best this country's had. It's sad to see such a great man pass on, but it is great to know that his suffering has ended, and now he will spend all eternity with the Master of the Universe. Originally posted by sabretooth Actually, I thought he was assasinated. Well there was an assasination attempt on his life, which he was lucky to survive. I think it was his pocketwatch that saved him? Or I may have gotten that mixed up with another president about the pocketwatch thing.
