^^^ Same here....

Though I've probably played more "Half" games than anything. Usually I'll get half-way through a game and someone comes out with some kick-booty MOD that I just have to play from the beginning... :D

One of these days I'll learn my lesson.... naaah

I have this problem. Every time I play KotOR I am compelled to play it the exact same way as I did the first time. I've tried almost 7 times to start new games from a different angle (different head, different gender) but I always end up stopping. The only difference is the mods I use! LS male, LS male, LS male, on and on! Whats wrong with me!?!?:eyeraise:

[palpatine]i've felt a diversity problem in your gameplay.[/palpatine]

ehh, give it another 5-6 times through, the boredom of the lightside will beckon you to the darkside. :dev7:

Dont worry, you're not alone in this; I have a very similar problem. Everytime I begin a new game I vow that this time, I WILL NOT USE MASTER SPEED/MASTER FLURRY. But everytime I end up getting it, just in case...then end up using it every battle. Poor little Darth Malak, he never saw it coming(all 15+ times) :(

Err...if I didn't answered the question until now, it's simply because I don't know the answer... I don't have enough fingers to count the number of times i played/half-played KotOR

You need to give in to your anger and hate, this will lead you down the dark path and gradually you will loose more and more of your compassion untill nothing is left! :evil3:

Seriously, maybe you should play as a neutral character first to try things out and do what you want, not caring about following the light side. Then, maybe after doing some 'evil' things and getting a feel for it, you can play as a pure dark side character. I remember the first time I played as a darksider it was many things I just couldn't get myself to do, so I ended up gaining some light side points too at times. And I remember feeling like crap when I

turned on Jolee and Juhani at the top of the temple and later killed Mission and Zaalbar as well.

But when you've done it once it's not nearly as hard doing it again.

Well you should absolutely try master power attack instead sometime, IMO it's better than master flurry in many cases. If you use it with a singlebladed saber and master speed you get two extra power attacks during the round. Since master power attack adds 10 points of damage to an attack that means 3 attacks total plus 30 points of damage. With a doublebladed saber or dual sabres you get 4 attacks plus 40 points of damage!

The only downside is that the attacks are made with a -3 penalty to hit (compared to -1 with master flurry) but this hardly makes any difference when you've reached the highest levels.
