What would you like to see at a theme park?

Awhile ago today I considered a video game theme park. Now, think with me for a moment how awesome that would be.

What if you had a place where you could actually be in a platform game. Or what about Halo laser tag, or authentic Mario Kart tracks.

What if the theme park was segmented into small sections that each look exactly like different games, like the Islands of Adventure in Florida.

Consider a ride where you walk into a big metal pod. The door closes. It's dark. The pod begins descending. You see water outside the window. A projector starts and you hear a voice over a speaker: "My name is Andrew Ryan, and I'm here to ask you a question..."

Is it a pipe dream? Probably, yes. But you cannot deny the awesome. If you think about it, it practically has to happen some day.

There are endless possibilities. And I want to hear them, so start talking. :p

PAC MAN MAZE :D

Or no, even better. Space Invaders simulater. Your in like a cart thing, that you move from side to side, and you shoot the ailens, but they can shoot back, and i have no idea how it'd work but it'd be awesome.

Something with DDR. THERE'S GOTTA BE SOMETHING WITH DDR!!!

Oh hell yes! With 'I love love you' and 'humming the baseline' pumping in the background.

xD It's good to see another fan of this game! Although it would be cool if they actually gave you headphones at the beginning, and you could tune in the songs from the soundtrack you like. ("Count Latchula" and "Birthday Cake" are still some of my favorite songs ever)

and DJ Professor K giving you little details on said headphones to advance your storyline! This is so awesome, even if there will never be a video game theme park, I am doing this in my backyard!

I put pot in the birfday cake. So what, say what, for my own sake.

Watch out, y'all, here I come y'all. I'm gonna change into a rattlesnake!!

Also, maybe another idea...Some kind of mental evaluation leads to a personally created psyche that you can walk in and expierence, ala Psychonauts.

Grand Theft Auto! Run around a random city killing people, stealing cars, and running from the police!

Though it's not really a video game, they're actually building a Hogwarts theme part at Disney or Universal or something.

I've thought of another one from No One Lives Forever. You sit on the shoulders of a fat Scotsman who is riding a tricycle, chasing and shooting at a midget on a unicycle. Now that is what you call a great ride my friends.

What about a Portal roller coaster where it seems like you're warping around the same test chamber, but it's actually a bunch of exact copies of it right next to each other. Get what I'm saying?
