Astor
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies It's a bizarre mix of genres which sees Elizabeth Bennet as a kung-fu expert dedicated to wiping out the zombie menace in the quiet village of Meryton. Sounds awesome.
Q
I think the whole zombie thing has been done to death. Or undeath.
Aash Li
It has, but anything that mocks Jane Austin is bound to be great.

Astor
That's like mixing chocolate sauce with garlic-chive mashed potatoes--just...weird. It's most definately weird, but it might actually make people want to learn more about the separate ingredients. Anything that gets people reading is good in my book. CommanderQ
Oy...this must be the most bizarre thing I've heard since Pride and Predator....oy....it's probably gonna flop, but hey, I think I'll see it:D
Aash Li
CommanderQ, its a book not a movie/show. As such, books dont usually flop spectacularly like movies do.
CommanderQ
Oh...I find myself in a very bad situation....I will probably read it then, Zombie books are better then movies....forgive my ignorance there...oy..
Darth Avlectus
Lolwut? Man...I got this all the time in fencing. The zombie apocalypse talk. --Don't worry, I am not an unbeliever...just ..... have a hard time taking it too seriously. It's most definately weird, but it might actually make people want to learn more about the separate ingredients. Anything that gets people reading is good in my book. I"ll concede to you on that point. I don't really care to watch the 'idiot lantern' myself. But, then again I got a computer and other gaming systems, and my electronics.....even pick up dead equipment. ...Anyone have a dead Quatronix LaserScope they want gotten rid of? Anyway. Uhh, yeah. Zombies and the undead are a world in itself. Hell, one of my favorite childhood games (Which they do not have a section for HERE on LF!!! --AHEM!) is old SNES (or Super Famicom) lucasarts game Zombies Ate My Neighbors. One of the best games ever made in my opinion. You get to ruthlessly slaughter zombies and a multitude of other monsters.

Sith'ari Darth Bane
Why can't people just give up on the zombie crap? It is extremely old and in my opinion not at all interesting.

Outside of the many ****ty movies, it hasn't been done all that often. At least, not very well.

Seriously, I loved Pride and Prejudice, and I don't like ANY classics. :/ I love everything about the Regency Era, especially the literature - and this might make people want to read the original books, minus the brain eating. Who knows, we might see a scissor kicking Jane Eyre next...
