(tech!) that, or i'd get an awesome ship with a kickass interior that can totally lived in (not some dingy old freighter) and go planet hopping. pick up some other journeyers, fall in love with the nice girl that would inevitably be in the group, and have our own adventure. (cause you just cant go round the star wars galaxy without finding some quest or epic journey for you to undertake). preferably both.

After all, I'm betting they quarantined the system after arrival, otherwise there'd be far more survivors.... least, I would think so.....

Get/Steal/Con a nice roomy freighter, pimp it out, weld a couple turbolasers to it, find someone to drive it, a robot to wait on me and some "escorts", and I could put the Galaxy in my back pocket. That is livin'.
