Canderis Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Wow, some of these are quite nice, and is that my hood mod I see in the screenies . The only real issue I see is the uvmap. To make these look good you are going to need to mess around with that a bit. EDIT: Opening up the files in gimp, WOW, great job!

vanir Posted January 7, 2010 Posted January 7, 2010 Hey to add shiny bits I just open the tga in in gimp, make a transparent layer, cut and paste the bits I want shiny to the transparent layer, merge and then make a txi CM_Baremetal, is that how it's done? Always wanted armoured Jedi robes for a real Old Republic Jedi feel. These are great, just wouldn't mind a little "polish" as it were. Nice job!

(of course I could be wrong, as I didn't really look at the concept artwork as I played through it again)

Poorly I might add. yeah just some overlays from other pics.. didn't take the time to blend 'em all together correctly and my PS skills aren't that great aswell.... It's enough to make the artworks for my band but it doesn't go much further than that.

It may not be up to the professional level but it still looks good enough for an advert for this mod. Darth Darkus your PS skills have nowhere to go but up. Nice mod BTW.
