Who do you prefer? I prefer the Exile, because s/he has a more interesting past, in my opinion and s/he is easier to write in a Fic. I like Revan as well though. This Thread has been inspired by my Kyle Katarn Vs Jaden Korr Thread. Vote here!

Definitely Revan, simply because the character of Revan is a lot better explained than the character of the Exile. The same goes for their backgrounds.

The Exile because he doesnt have more fanboys than Revan, and even if Kotor 1 was a better game than Kotor 2, the exiles story was by far the biggest tangled web of intrigue which i liked. Kept the player guessing right upto the end and like many other people, im still guessing.............

Well, I vote Exile because he got more lightsaber forms than Revan (If he's Weapon Master) and more handsome than him. And I really think he can bring Revan back from that unknown world

Wasn't there a thread for this already?

I thought there was, but since I can't find it right now this thread gets a reprieve. That may change. :dev6:

Until then I vote Revan...

:eyeraise: Uh? That link is to the Exile Male or Female thread? -RH

Edit: Oops, inserted the wrong URL. It's there now. :)

Sorry, but that isn't the same as this thread, that is who would win in a fight, this is a who do you like sort of topic. ;) -RH

Threads like these always end up being pretty similar IMO. But, you're the guy with the lock button here. :)

Revan, simply because s/he is kickass. Also, I'd rather much play as an evil Sith Lord whose memory was wiped out, rather than a Revan-inspired general who lost connection with the Force. I found relating KotOR's story with Revan's past much better. While Exile's storyline and past seemed to have gaping holes.

Exile.

The Exile was so much more interesting than Revan. While playing as this character we had an opportunity to forge what our past was; the Jedi council scene along with the conversation with Atris, among many others lead me to this conclusion. With K1 I was actually quite miffed at being told that "You are Darth Revan! Ha ha ha ha ha!" It robbed my character of any personality he could have had... whereas, with the Exile, there was no such moment all there was at the end was you - no shattered perceptions, just as Kreia says.

Apologies for any typos, or silly mistakes... I'm using the world's worst keyboard at the moment.

Revan. Revan is like Sun Li The Great Strategist of the Jade Empire. Wisest of them all, able to amass a huge Sith armada leaving certain Republic stations unscathed for the upcoming enemies, hopefully we'll see in the next game of KOTOR.

I rather vote a well-developed and interesting clichée Revan because of the shoddy, contradictory, plot-hole smelling storyline with which The Exile was treated.

Revan, discovering that *I* was revan almost gave me a heart attack...best plot twist ever IMO

Pretty much the same here, although I didn't actually get a heart attack or something, I was more like "OMFG!!! I'm Darth Revan???"

My sister is the only person I've ever known to fall on the floor laughing at the plot twist. I can only imagine what she did when she found out that Vader was Luke's father :p.

Huh? What is there to laugh about?
