Salzella
I lost the link to the site about Japanese scientists making sexbots/dental assistants hold on, are we talking sexbots and dentists as seperate entities, or a sort of combined sexbot/dentist dual functionality sort of deal? don't know about you, but i'd have one of the latter. imagine the things that could be done with the equipment. Salzella
Separate entities based on the same technology (pressure sensitive sense of touch). ah. promising, and pragmatic, but not nearly as interesting as the dual-functionality model i think. each to their own though i suppose

SW01
I think...George Lucas holds copyright on all those speeder/vehicle names. Difficult Ahhhh... At last, his master plan is revealed! Space 1999 came on TV the other day - why aren't we wearing beige uniforms on moon stations fending off random spacey-thingys yet? I think all technological advances at the moment are focused on either entertainment, or making things to take all the effort out of doing a thing. No useful things like...phasers...or Star Destroyers...
