Titanius Anglesmith Posted December 6, 2008 Posted December 6, 2008 Wow. Except for eating and going to the bathroom, I've literally been playing this since I got it today at 1:00. I really should've waited one more week until after exams were over before getting this.
Da_man Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 I thought that comes out on the 12th or something?
Astor Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 It came out yesterday if you're in the UK. not sure about anywhere else, though.
Commander Obi-Wan Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Come out in North America too. I bought earlier today.
Titanius Anglesmith Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 Add another one to the list. Oh yes. It came with a free digital copy, too.
The Doctor Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 I was in Staples today, and saw this on sale for only $200: a 1TB External Hard Drive. I had to buy one. I was getting dangerously close to filling my laptop's 100GB of hard-drive space, so I've been pricing external drives for a while now. I never thought I'd find something as large as a whole TB, especially for such an amazing price.

Boba Rhett Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 Is there something special about that drive, Doctor? You can find 1Tb drives for around 100 bucks nowadays.

Not in Canada...internal 1Tb drives are usually in the $150-200 range (even with online stores such as ncix.com) and external drives more than $200 ($220-300 range mostly) I am shopping for one too as I am starting to get a lot of junk on my HDDs

Boba Rhett Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 In my never ending quest to outdo myself in the "holycrapawesome gift for girlfriend" category (I got her a heart shaped meteorite pendant for Thanksgiving) I just got my girlfriend a promise ring that I plan to give her for Christmas. This is no ordinary promise ring, mind you. I got her an ancient celtic bronze ring unearthed ten years ago from the Roman Legion occupied area in Vidin Bulgaria. Based on its design it most likely dates from shortly after the fall of the Western Roman Empire to the beginning of the medieval age. Seriously, how cool of a boyfriend am I?
Rabish Bini Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Holy Crap! How much did it cost? Seriously, how cool of a boyfriend am I? I would've said very, until you used that stupid smilie:¬:
Rabish Bini Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 How about now? Now you're fine You never said how much that ring cost.
Rabish Bini Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 It's a secret. I'm assuming that means a truckload full of cash. Anyways, here's what I got: Not only does it tune, but it has an inbuilt pitch pipe and shows over 250 chords on a chord diagram!
glovemaster Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Not only does it tune, but it has an inbuilt pitch pipe and shows over 250 chords on a chord diagram! Thats pretty awesome, I have a flip chart of chords XD
Rabish Bini Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Thats pretty awesome, I have a flip chart of chords XD That'd suck, seeing as how it's probably fairly big and would be hard to find the right chord.
