I will have a better update in a few days but everything is going well with the Mod. Here is the New Kotor: Revenge of Revan Intro ....with music! I'm working on the first 4 modules in the game. I'm happy to say there Will Be Voice Overs in the game. I just talked to a friend of mine who does youtube videos....and we are going to work on getting some Sound bites out in the comming weeks. ForeverNight Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Alright, Nimablu looks almost exactly like a DS Zar-El-Kel (Sp?) would look like. HK-47 needs to have the Reds toned down a little bit. Drayaen looks okay... just work on the green-striped thing cross his nose. Kaila looks pretty good... the hair might be a little more vibrant. The Ancient Droid looks a lot like the one from K1... were there any in K2? I'd make sure there's no porting issues... (Not trying to say that there is porting going on, but I thought it should be said.) Cain... Admiral Thrawn anybody? He Looks GREAT. Don't touch anything on him! They just never used it just like Darth Malak's skin is also there but not used in the game only the before darkside Malak. I'm still playing with the green tatoo on Drayen's face and making him older. I hope to have the Sith Lord's twin apprentices up soon. MORE TO COME............ But I'm working on making a new website for this project (With my l33tz w3bz g0dzz sk1ll'z. lol) I havent run this by Logan yet, and this is just me messing around in my spare time. Just thought I'd let everyone know. Also, I've covertly taken over the Duro smuggler party member and its really fun working on him, but I could use a few pointers on which direction to take him. I invisioned him as a cross between Carth and Atton, like a not-to-trusting wise-ass smuggler with a delicate past (HINT ALERT!) Corellia, you will see a change in atmosphere of the people as the story goes along. In the beginning you will see the people angry over the destruction of their space station Tyrena. You will meet a woman who lost her husband on the Tyrena. She will ask for you to check the crash sight for any signs of his belongings. You will find his data com in the crash site. You can either give it to her or demand a reward. Later you will see the tension increase when you visit Corellia a second time. As for building the planets….I am building them in order. As for your second question about M4-78, I know which modules I will use from the original game. As for asking to use DarthStoney's fixed up M4-78 modules for the Revenge of Revan mod..that is a question better answered by DarthStoney. He put a lot of work into that Mod, and it looks amazing. I would be honored if DarthStoney allowed the use of the Modules and that decision is up to him. I’m happy to say that I edited a few of the existing kotor2 movies into 3 Movies for Revenge of Revan. These are movies during the transfer of one location/planet to another. I plan to have one up on you tube later tonight. The Intro movie with Corellian space station being destroyed is about 60-70 percent done. I plan to release the movie next weekend. The modules are going well and I plan to have more pics soon. Making new cutscenes like those are a lot of tough work I've heard...let alone everything else in a mod of this size. The final will be smoother and Coruscant will look more alive. I know someone mentioned about re-using old movies. The space movies will be put into 3 categories 1- simple cut and merge. 2- using many masks and multiple edited movies to create something new 3- These will be new movies created with existing models As you play the Mod these 3 types of movies will bring you a rush and feeling of living out the story. JawkJrask, voice acting is aimed to start mid to late summer. Also later on today i will announce the winner of the Jedi Council member. More to Come.......
