Revan 411
So, what's everyone's best film of 2008? As for me, its The Dark Knight. I'll list a top ten by the end of the year...
Achilles
Considering that none of the prestige films are even out yet, I think this thread is a little premature

Titanius Anglesmith
I don't go to the theater very often, but out of the ones I've seen, I'd definitely go with The Dark Knight and Wall•E.
Achilles
Achilles, you traitor! Wall-E. Apologies. Of course I assumed that the OP meant "Best film other than Wall-E" There's the annual Pixar offering and then there's everything else.
Samuel Dravis
Wall-E and the Dark Knight so far. I don't watch too many movies which might skew my results, but the internet says I'm right.
Saber-Scorpion
as for me i got four favorite films this year and they are Iron Man Kung-Fu Panda Wall-E Indiana Jones and the crystal skull i have yet to watch the clone wars movie and the dark knight
Jeff
For me I'd say The Dark Knight was number one. Others that I really enjoyed this year were Wall-E, Indiana Jones, and Iron Man. This year was a really good one for movies. I hope to add Quantum of Solace to that list soon.
Rev7
Haven't seen Wall-E, but I liked Iron Man. Great movie
Mav
Wall-E, then Dark Knight, then Iron Man, then Indy, I assume we're talking summer 08, because the year is hardly over...

HerbieZ
Dark Knight. Wall-E just looks like a droid with huge 80's shades on.
El Sitherino
Dark Knight, Wall-E, and Pineapple Express. Trifecta of AWESOME.
Ztalker
Dark Knight too. I liked Iron Man too, though. But, like the rest, I agree that the greatest movies are yet to come. Valkyrie, the new James Bond to name two.
King Dando
I rarely go to the cinema, so I'm going to go with the only one I've seen. The Dark Knight
Astor
Valkyrie Meh. I don't think that Tom Cruise could do Klaus Von Stauffenberg justice, to be honest. I'll watch it, but i'm expecting a very distorted view of the plot. As for my favorite film, The Dark Knight (I see a trend developing).
SW01
I may as well follow the trend then! Dark Knight was the most entertaining film I have seen this year (so far), with Indiana Jones a close second. But considering the only other film I have watched this year was Wanted... Hopefully Quantum of Solace will make good viewing - Casino Royale was good, so I'm hoping QoS follows suit. Righteous Kill might be good. Hard to go wrong with Pacino and De Niro, in my opinion. Great Scott!
The Dark Knight is overrated. I'm gonna be the odd one out and go with Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
