Deadshot#1 Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 What is your favorite planet in Knights of the Old Republic??? I would have to say Taris because I really like the layout.
cire992 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 ^ Did you see any of those Taris maps that were released for Jedi Academy recently? Really cool stuff, even if you aren't a fan of the game. My favorite has gotta be Manaan. Ahto City was pretty cool looking, the Sith Base looked great and was a lot of fun. I thought the lab at the ocean floor was neat, as well.
Ogriv83 Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 I haev to agree with cire992. Manaan i thought was a very novel idea for a world and very well executed
purifier Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 It's gonna be Korriban for me, because I would love to explore those old temples and tombs.
cire992 Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 ^ Hell yeah, you could probably make a healthy living off that, too.
Shuttle Atlantis Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I suppose that Taris was my favorite level, but because of the planet's features. I didn't care all that much for the game play and quests, but the surface and the rotting undercity were just different from any SW world. I really favored this most. Korriban was my favorite for game play and character interactions, but didn't like the planet much.
HdVaderII Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 I have to say the Unknown World:D Gotta love the sunny beaches. And vicious Rancors.
Astor Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 Manaan, if only because it's relatively peaceful.
Mr. Shadow Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 Korriban after Leviathon. Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) "ALL HAIL DARTH REVAN."
.:Sam:. Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 I enjoyed Manaan's tranquility and the design of Antho City. Aside from this, the gameplay aspect of Korriban was in my opinion the more entertaining when in comparison with the other planets.

Parmenides Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 Didn't the denizens of Manaan annoy you? Design for the planet was good, but I hated those froggers. I'd vote for Korriban. Fun times.
Lord Dagron Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Korriban after Leviathon. Show spoiler (hidden content - requires Javascript to show) "ALL HAIL DARTH REVAN." I agree
jonathan7 Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Dantooine, peaceful, the academy and lots to explore.
Litofsky Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 I've got to go with Manaan. I thought that it was a fun planet (Sunny's trial was always worth it, for me ), and better overall than the other planets in general.
Samuel Dravis Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Dantooine, peaceful, the academy and lots to explore.I also liked Dantooine. After that I suppose it was Korriban, then Rakata Prime.
Qui-Gon Glenn Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Manaan. The music and the ambience. Oh, and don't forget about the local cuisine!
Ibelin Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Mine is Manaan and Lehon. Those 2 are the most beautiful for me.
Ping Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Mine is Manaan and Lehon. Those 2 are the most beautiful for me. Same here. I also liked Dantooine, as it had one of the best music in the game.
Jae Onasi Posted October 26, 2009 Posted October 26, 2009 Kotor threads need to go in the Republic Newsfeed, not Unknown Regions. Moved to the correct section. Thanks.
MarkusNaslund Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Kashyyyk was a pretty nice place, it would be pretty relaxing to be in that type of enviroment, does Kashyyyk remind anyone of that Donkey Kong level for the SNES?
