1) First of all, just want to say how much I appreciate you making this mod silveredge9 and how much I enjoyed Brotherhood of Shadow. It was so good that it felt like a restoration mod rather than an expansion mod, meaning that I now feel compelled to keep it in my override for each play through I do.

In fact, this mod is what has inspired me to do my own expansion mod series for TSL. So thank you!

2) On the update, those are some cool screen shots. Are they Dark Jedi/Sith Acolytes who really loved Revan's fashion or did you reskin the Brothers of Shadow?

3) On my first playthrough with Brotherhood of Shadow, I also added a mod that gives the Sith Academy students Dark Jedi robes instead of Sith Uniforms but found that some conflict of the mod ended up making the Sith students invisible and incapable of interacting with anything. I was forced to use the backup appearance.2da file. Do you have any recommendation on what order mods should be installed in relation to Brotherhood of Shadow (I also got Weapons of the Old Republic and A Lost Sith on a Nameless World but have yet to try them).

This is just a small progress update.

Progress on the mod continues to run smoothly, and it is now undergoing testing for bugs by beta testers at an undisclosed location in a New Mexico desert. Hopefully, and assuming they aren't too lazy, those beta testers may be able to post some impressions of the mod based on what they have played. :o

Also, here are some screenshots of previously unseen mysterious characters.

Also, I'd like to thank everyone who has taken the time to audition for a voice role. I appreciate it, and you should keep 'em coming. :)

I see Bane robe! :p

Looks great Silver, looking forward to hearing some beta impressions. ;)

Glad to hear, and though I don't see why you perceive it to be more a restoration mod, considering none of the content BoS added was every going to be there in the first place. :p

2) They are original characters, who will be introduced in BoS:SR.

3) I may be very wrong, but I'd probably say install it last. Then at least, nothing will be wrong with BoS itself.

1) I guess I see anything that adds depth to a storyline or improves general game quality (like USM) without subtracting to the game as a restoration mod rather than an expansion mod. But that's just me and my general weirdness. :D

2) I'll leave it at that then.

3) Cool, I'll try that out next time I do a playthrough. Thanks.

Guess I can lift a small bit of the curtain as I4m near the end of BoS: Solomon Revenge.

Discovered lots of missed files, but thats why I'm beta testing :D

Now the first word that springs to mind: EPIC.

This is a five star mod if their would be a michelin guide for mods for K1.

The story is great, the dialogues are smooth, dramatic ( not on the silly side) and funny often.

The characters introduced are what makes this mod epic, they carry the story and they just drive you forward. Its been awhile for me to play K1 5 hours straight. Just to know what happens next.

Combined with the old BoS, I think I'm gettin close to 8 hours of playtime.

Most of that is I failed at the harder boss battles scattered across.

Which are... yes... EPIC

There are some hard fights to win, but boy oh boy, fun fun fun !!!

Ofcourse another great aspect is all the new reskinned maps to expore, their are beautifull... would I dare.. yes.. EPIC :p

Its part of the fun to see what gets re-used for what.

I won't praise my own made maps I did for Silver, I feel a bit iffy about them IMO, somehow I just can't compete with the maps already in the game.

Anyway I'll leave the critics to the other beta-testers and later you peeps !

Did I forgot something:

- Great dialogues

- Cool quests

- Great characters, new ones and old ones

- Nice new maps to explore

- Epic boss fights

^_^ lets leave it at that, else I might have to run for this raving hord of fans.

I recently was able to see the new modules while creating mini-maps and I will say they are very good.

This is just a small progress update. I've now reached the stage of the project, where for all intents and purposes, I've nothing left to do, modding wise. Now, everything depends on the beta testers fixing any remaining bugs, and continuing my search for voice actors.

Anyways, using this new found free time, I've spent it productively on photoshop. Here is a teaser poster I spent a few hours creating. I always wanted to do a Star Wars style movie poster:

I'm still not 100% happy with the Logo/Title though. There's something wrong about it that I can't quite put my finger on. :/

Silveredge, could you create a cover for a CD case? I might be burning the mod to a few discs for some few friends that I've convinced to start playing the game and I'd like to have those discs in jewel cases with some artwork.

Err, sure. Grab it here.

You know, I think the problem with the logo is that it doesn't look like it belongs.

Like, maybe you could change the logo to a rock kind of thing with cracks and dirt all over it, would make it seem cool in my mind.

Maybe. I think I need to do some more experimentation with it or something.

Here's some help for finding voice actors, Silveredge, (And anybody else who needs them.)

^Just post your casting post on the forums, and there will be people ready to act for you.

Thanks for the link, I'll give it a look.

i can see a few little things, maybe, maybe not what you see:

- the lighting on the logo is not affected by the lens flare. you could perhaps give the shadows at the bottom of the type more depth.

- there is a black outline around the text that is sharp, and most noticeable where the text crosses over the light areas

- the text is too washed out and rusty perhaps. i tihnk it would look better in a deeper, bronze/gold colour.

maybe those will help?

Really looking forwards to this mod when it's done! The original BoS has a permanent place in my override folder and I'm sure this will too. Just one quick question, are there any lightsaber models being built by Quanon? I loved the longer blade on Revan's lightsaber but the model seemed too similiar to the Bioware default ones.
