Tobias Reiper
I picked up the book while I was at the book store yesterday, as well as The Rise and Fall of Darth Vader, which I chose to read first. Anyone else think it's somewhat odd that the helmet is so bloody in the picture? Blood never has been a staple of Star Wars...
CommanderQ
Heheh, I'm definately gonna read it...zombies and star wars are two things I rather like Horror has never been a genre that SW has explored, maybe that'll change with this one, who knows, but it'll be worth a read
stingerhs
nice. the question is: does it take place in a crowded mall (preferably with convenient shop that specializes in vibroblades)??

What I find more odd is that their helmets are broken in such a way that they can bite people and show off the Empire's bad dental care, all at once! Very convenient. Alkonium
I'll definitely read it, if I find the time. Also, it look's like there's still a head in that helmet. And it didn't come off all that cleanly either.
JediAthos
eh...I'm not suree about horror and star wars together...I'm not a huge fan of the horror genre to start with so I probably will not be picking this one up.
SkywalkerRules
Woah... Star Wars and Zombies? Oh yeah... That's looks scary and awesome too. If I get it and read it, I'll comment on it.
Tobias Reiper
Finished reading it today, and MAN, Joe Schreiber certainly did it right, give it a read. I don't want to spoil it, so no details, but pick it up, it's well worth the $24.00 I spent for it.
igyman
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say... Rakghouls? Let's face it, zombies and Star Wars don't mix, so Rakghouls are the only thing that comes to mind for this kind of a plot and I also predict a possible connection to Dark Horse's "Vector" series. Sooooo... how close was I?

Let's face it, zombies and Star Wars don't mix, so Rakghouls are the only thing that comes to mind for this kind of a plot and I also predict a possible connection to Dark Horse's "Vector" series. Sooooo... how close was I? After reading the interesting Twitter 'tie-in' to this book, (from the perspective of one of the stormtroopers that was affected) I found that it isn't the Rakghoul plague. After skimming through the wookiepedia article, all I found pertaining to the disease was the word "Blackwing", which AFAIK, has absolutely nothing to do with Rakghouls, for they are neither black or have wings. Or have black wings. Now, this looks like a good book. Since I didn't really read the article (only really looking for info on the disease), I'll be sure to pick up the book, and not have it be ruined.
