Darth Groovy Posted October 3, 2008 Author Posted October 3, 2008 If you are a fan of the series like me, you will love this. Even better experience, when you turn the lights off, and the surround system up.

Even better experience, when you turn the lights off, and the surround system up. If you haven't already, watch the movie Jacob's Ladder. Much of the atmosphere of Silent Hill was heavily inspired by that movie, and it's an excellent watch. To contribute, my last order from Play.com has started to arrive:
Lightsaberboy Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 I bought one of those Staples Easy buttons

Samuel Dravis Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 I swear woot is such a money sink. But I love it. ;_;
TiE23 Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 I got these four shirts lately. Nearly every T-Shirt I wear daily are WootShirts... actually, they may all be WootShirts. I've gotten 20 shirts so far since they launched over a year ago (though one is my bro's, my first one was too small, and one of them was destroyed, lol). This should come tomorrow: This will probably come sometime this week (I didn't get rush) I got a few looks and smiles from this one, my family also loved it. And I've been too self-conscious to wear this one yet. >.>

Someone please tell me they're on ebay or something. Just ordered one like Sam's. I hold each and every one of you personally responsible for me not buying shirts from woot before. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Boba Rhett Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Those are great for Rock Boxing, IG. Kinda hard but you can even play Doom and other games on them.

I dunno, my brother put that on my old iPod mini, and I didn't really like it. The menus were so hard to navigate, I couldn't even get it to shuffle my playlist. I guess I'll look into it though.
Boba Rhett Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Rockbox doesn't replace the original firmware as much as it takes precedence over it. You can still boot into the normal operating system at any time by just holding down the left button at start up. Then you can have the best of both worlds.

If I remember correctly there was a way to get hold of popular older shirts from their site or one of their affiliates. If not I'm sure they'd be on Ebay. Also: I'm really tempted to buy today's woot shirt:

EDIT: Rrraarrrgghhh. http://www.americanapparel.net/sizing/default.asp?chart=mu.shirts I lie right between small and medium. They say the shirts run small, but I hate shirts that hang loose on me. Anyone know if American Apparel shirts are pre-shrunk? EDIT 2: Google tells me they are not, but it's "minimal shrinkage." I'm going with medium. Boba Rhett Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Holy crap, what are these strange magicks you possess, bob? Freaking boughted. I also hit up Threadless last night and picked up these beauties:
