Jae Onasi
Some terrific news: My fic hasn't been updated in awhile due in part to the birth of my new daughter Blair on October 1st! She weighed 8lbs 5oz and was 20.5in long. Hopefully once mommy baby and I get settled I'll be able to start updates again. Thanks to all who have read my work up to this point! Congratulations!!! I won't ask you how much sleep you're getting. Now, of course, we're dying to see pictures. Congrats again!

Sabretooth
Strange. I remembered a quote I had read in Reader's Digest :- "You spend the first three years teaching them to walk and talk and spend the rest of the fifteen years telling them to sit and stay quiet." Whatever, Hand over the pics and CONGRATULATIONS! And when she grows up, and becomes a Goth, they can probably call her Blair Witch <_< >_>

HerbieZ
Wey Hey. Good stuff. You'll have her playing Kotor in no time And without a doubt she'd understand the D20 rule system better than me aswell.
RC-1162
"You spend the first three years teaching them to walk and talk and spend the rest of the fifteen years telling them to sit and stay quiet." actually, thats the more polite version. the actual one ive seen was: "Parents spend the first 2 years teaching their child to walk and talk. They then spend the next 16 years trying to teach them to sit down and shut up." rofl! i was thinking about this as well
Diego Varen
Yes congrats on the new bundle of joy JediAthos. I hope she is doing okay and everything. I agree with RC and Jason, pics, but you don't need to post them if you don't want to. Off-Topic: I won't be having kids, until I'm about twenty, so I've got another six years yet . Ztalker
CONGRATULATIONS, JediAthos! [emo mode=1] Found this poem on the internet...loved it Babies are Angels that fly to the earth, their wings disappear at the time of their birth one look in their eyes and we're never the same They're part of us now and that part has a name That part is your heart and a bond that won't sever our Babies are Angels, we love them forever. [emo-mode=0] Personally, I'll be waiting a while before I'd even consider it. I'm studying to be a teacher, so there will be more children in my life. I think I will be waiting untill I can handle it properly, and keep work and home seperated better then a 'new' teacher does. I think I'll be around my 25's before I, you know, think about it. If I can't keep the things seperated, my child (strange talking for a 17-year old...'my child'..hmm) could have disadventages of it. Maybe his classmates would even tease of bully him if I can't handle it professionally. Just my 2 cents...

Diego Varen
I agree. Beautiful. A bit of advice for the newborn youngling, keep her away from the dark side and all Sith Lords . But seriously, just make sure she don't go on drugs. Hope you're enjoying parenting JediAthos.
