Merry Christmas!

Joyeux Noel!

Hope everyone enjoys the holidays.

 

We spent yesterday making cookies (about 12 dozen--no kidding!) My sister came over to help decorate, and my kids loved it sprinkling all the different sugars and candies on the sugar cookies. She had Christmas Eve dinner with us and then went back to my Aunt's to help her. Then we opened our family gifts to each other, read the Christmas story, and opened up the last door on the Advent calendar. Jimbo and the kids got me a nice outfit and a book on how to mod NWN2. :) That should keep me busy for awhile....We'll check the stockings this morning to see what Santa left us and have a nice breakfast.

We're going to my Aunt's for the big Christmas celebration today. There's only 14 of us but with 5 young kids, it'll be a riot and lots of fun watching them open their gifts. :)

And a merry Christmas to all the good little girls and boys of LF. :D

 

A couple of helpful holiday tips for the grown-ups: Don't let your wife talk you into experiencing Christmas Eve holiday cheer in the form of evil South African liquer she got super-cheap at the duty-free, and if you do, under no circumstances tell your daughter she can wake you up at 8am to commence opening presents.

Merry Christmas Everybody!

 

I woke up at 7am (My little sister insisted we get up at this time to open presents) with a blinding headache, which sucked, and said I'd rather go back to bed because theres no way that in this state im able to open my presents and look thankful for them.

 

I'm ok now though :)
