vanir
Millenium Falcon. With the EU upgrades you've got TIE fighter combat performance, assault shuttle battleworthiness and still manage to outrun any ship in the galaxy in hyperspace. Some friends and I used to do big space/boarding battles between the Empire and a fictional Corellian spacefleet in tabletop RPG, Star Destroyers vs Corellian Gunships and modified stock light freighters operating as heavy assault shuttles with ten man powerarmoured assault teams and these guys just used to kick butt Couldn't go the Star Destroyers in one on one fleet combat (especially with all the support vessels from the Imperial Sourcebook expansion) but get some effective tactics going and you could literally divide them up and carve them to pieces using superior small scale (tactical) equipment. Sticking strictly to the game rules, a modified light freighter was worth at least an entire squadron of TIE fighters, really it was more like a Corvette packed into a small hull. Six of these and two Corellian Gunships would make mince meat out of a Star Destroyer and its 72 TIEs...given tactical superiority. But...admitedly when we got the Dark Empire Sourcebook and popped the Eclipse and Sovereign class Super Star Destroyers in game (fitted with axial superlasers and fast-tracking starfighter defence platforms), those buggers just trumped everything. It was find some tough Jedi friends to go sort it out, or lose every which way.
Ztalker
Personal transportation: Coolness. To battle all those kilometre long battleships you guys came up with: I got technology from teh futur noobs! Rockzor!
vanir
Mmm yes, Nubian. Those people from Amidala's homeworld really know how to build nice looking starships.
Ztalker
Mmm yes, Nubian. Those people from Amidala's homeworld really know how to build nice looking starships. Yeah, had the original lego model for it years ago (not the new 'built out of 3 pieces' new one) and MY Luke Skywalker flew it instead of the X-Wing. Was also my weapon of choice in Rogue Squadron 2. It's just epic to out-fly those Tie Interceptors with an ancient ship! Seriously, George Lucas once said he'd wish he had a X-wing if he could wish 1 thing from Star Wars to be real. I'd wish for the N-1.

Watcher07
The Firefly class Serenity. The front loading bay, VTOL (Vertical Take Off and Landing) engines, oddly designed interior, and cobbled together parts and crew give it some real class. GarfieldJL
Probably not much of a surprise, but I always liked the D'deridex class Romulan Warbird: Powerful, intimidating, and sneaky. Outsizing the Enterprise D is always good too! On the Starfleet side, Either the Ambassador or Excelsior class. And in Star Wars, it's got to be the Imperial II Star Detroyer. But the Romulan Warbird is no.1! Uh isn't a Galaxy Class supposedly an even match vsing that ship despite it being larger. Anyways I'd have to go for commanding a Sovereign Class like the USS Enterprise E, a Constitution Class Refit, or if we're looking at Babylon 5, a White Star. TKA-001
If I had to pick a Star Trek ship, it would be the Prometheus, which is better than the Sovereign. And I would call it the USS Immortal, or another equally badass name.

ForeverNight
Hmm.... Fighter-wise, I would say a ConFed Rapier: For a big fricking capital ship? The Honor Harrington-class Dreadnought(p)!
Darth_Yuthura
If I also had the choice of a personal fighter, it would be the Jedi Starfighter from Episode II. It's a convenient way to have an agile fighter for blowing away tie fighters and having a detachable hyperdrive for interstellar travel. A close second would be the Delta Flyer. Chevron 7 locke
The fighter choice for me would be a Battle TARDIS with a hot pink color scheme, a close second would be an F-

glovemaster
Gotta go with the Normandy from Mass Effect Its like a tardis since when you look at it from outside its hard to believe theres about 3 stories in it <_< I guess I also liked the Venator-class Star Destroyer from the Clone Wars era. And I seem to have an instant dislike of ships that arn't symetrical. ^o)
Rtas Vadum
As for Star Trek, the only ship i like is the Voyager. http://www.startrek-voyager.info/voy_top1.jpg As for the SW series, i prefer these: http://starwars.wikicities.com/images/b/b2/Ravager.jpg Ravager(This would be my flagship, if it wasn't so beat up) http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/starwars/images/a/af/Shuttle-CHRON.jpg My preferred transport vehicle I like the look of the Event Horizon, but it's a bit bulky(namely for its forward section). Litofsky
The Venator-class Star Destroyer is, easily, one of my favorites: though it was mainly a destroyer/carrier, I liked the design very much. Also... ...the Executor is an amazing ship, in my eyes. Its armament, size, and sheer Executor-ness are all worthy of admiration.
Thanatos9t
Isn't that an airship? Or could the Ragnarok operate in space too? I forget... Yeah it is a spaceship also...
