Sabretooth Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 No April Fool's, gents. The man is Longo. Tim Longo. And he's making an unannounced game for LucasArts. Whatever is he working on? Imperial Commando at long last? Lego Star Wars super-remake? TF2-style Battlefront?
Samnmax221 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Somebody still works at Lucasarts? Outside of the licensing department?

Alexrd Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I'd rather have a new Starfighter game for PC, than a new Republic Commando...
adamqd Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I just want Star Wars games lol, if only to justify having a PC, a 360, and a PS3... cus thats all I use em for hehe

Char Ell Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Since Mr. Longo has most recently worked on the Tomb Raider franchise perhaps a new Indiana Jones game isn't out of the realm of possibility.
Sabretooth Posted April 2, 2011 Author Posted April 2, 2011 Yeah, because after he did Starfighter, it was easy to predict he'd one day do a Tomb Raider, right?

adamqd Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 As long as its not about Gary Stukiller, or Ahsoka Tano, I'll buy it.
Primogen Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I'm hoping for a new X-Wing game. Not so much because I love love love X-Wing, but I'd like to see a revivifying of the Space Combat Simulator genre. Although I'd sure take Imperial Commando. Gotta love melting the face off rebel scum.

Primogen Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Yeah, I know. It makes me sad - probably never going to see a Freespace 3.

Titanius Anglesmith Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 I honestly read this as "LucasArts hires black dude" and was wondering what the connection was. Either way, I'd take any kind of good/non-Clone Wars/non-LEGO Star Wars game.
