Q Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/357610/Darth-Vader-to-be-resurrected ... Please, no. Maybe as a Force Ghost. But hey, Filoni managed to bring back Darth frickin Maul... anything can happen tbh The amazing thing is he didn't do too bad of a job of it, either.
Alexrd Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 The amazing thing is he didn't do too bad of a job of it, either. And it was actually George's idea. At least the explanation made sense, although I still don't like the idea of him being still alive.
Tommycat Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Also, is Darth Maul like the only person in Star Wars to ever be regurgitated so they could be used in a future story? Boba Fett regurgitated from being digested over a thousand years.
Dread Advocate Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Boba Fett regurgitated from being digested over a thousand years. Didn't that happen twice?
Alexrd Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Boba Fett regurgitated from being digested over a thousand years. Palpatine was "regurgitated" as well.
mimartin Posted November 13, 2012 Posted November 13, 2012 Death not happening in Star Wars when it means more money, doesn't matter who the owner is. Which means Chewie may yet live. After all it was a small moon.
Astor Posted November 13, 2012 Author Posted November 13, 2012 I'm with adamqd - hopefully he'll just be a Force ghost. Didn't that happen twice? Yes, unfortunately.
Giant Graffiti Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Boba Fett regurgitated from being digested over a thousand years. Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. Palpatine was "regurgitated" as well. This, I didn't know about. Ugh.
Q Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Ugh, Dark Empire. I'm with adamqd - hopefully he'll just be a Force ghost. Rapefaced Hayden?
Lynk Former Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Rapefaced Hayden? Did he make any other face?
Darth Avlectus Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Wait, you mean how they replaced Sebastian Shaw? ...yeah. Definitely not as cool as when I haunt Vegeta. This, I didn't know about. Ugh. Long story short: Clones of self+Transfer Essence.
Astor Posted November 14, 2012 Author Posted November 14, 2012 Long story short: Clones of self+Transfer Essence. Hmm, so Luke Skywalker is going to be hunting down Vader's horcruxes?

Bob Saget Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 Guys, guys... Just use this explanation and all of your questions will go away. SPACE MAGIC. It helped with ME3

Char Ell Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 I've been meaning to post this but haven't made the time to do so until now. Throttle back on your pod racers people, this deal ain't done yet though I don't think there is any reason to believe it won't be. Although the U.S. FTC cleared Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm earlier this month the European Commission has yet to render a decision but apparently has to say something by December 21. The commission apparently will either approve the purchase on or before December 21 or will announce an extension of the review period. I don't know if the deal has to be approved by any other regulatory bodies but if not then it looks like chances are good that Disney will close on this deal by the end of the year. It's almost official but not quite yet.
Bob Saget Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Doesn't really mean much, the deal is done. Disney has bought our Lucasfilm, Lucasarts. All that needs to be considered is what they will do with it and how carefully will they tread
Q Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 I remain cautiously optimistic. Can it really be any worse than it's been since 1999?
