Astor
Isn't she legal now? That's it Pho3nix, get to the heart of the problem. As for the quality of the films, I don't think they're too bad. I like the books more, of course, but there is a certain magic in seeing them bought to the big screen - and they must good - JK approves each one herself, so they must be good, right? Right? HIGH ON PIE 14
They are by no means bad films. I greatly enjoy them, but the only reason I see it in the theater is because people keep talking about it, and as a result I can't stand the wait. Its just that the books are so long starting with the 4th, that it's hard to cram all that stuff in to a 2 1/2 hour movie. They have to cut out most of the subplots which make the books so good. They were ready to cut Luna, who is my favorite. What I need is a directors cut. The first two books were short enough that they could get some of the details in, though at the time I was like "How dare they cut that!" The 3rd had no excuse for being poor. Ah, yes, the important questions - Emma is legal! ~HOP
Ctrl Alt Del
Frankly, HP's movies are cheap ripoffs of the books. Those are the good ones that I was addicted to some years ago.

Revan 411
Look, guys the reason why HP6 was delayed is because of two reasons: 1: They need to edit over some scenes before its out. So that's one reason. 2. They don't want to compete with The Dark Knight, The new James Bond film or anything else. So, they want to make more money next year. Weel, that's my opinion anyway. Burnseyy
Wasn't it the writers strike?
HIGH ON PIE 14
I'm pretty sure the writers strike was just the television writers. I never heard that there was any problems with actually finishing the THBP but just that they wanted to realease it later. *sigh* oh, well, at least there are new TV seasons and all that to keep me preoccupied. ~HOP

Oh, okay, but as far as I know this did not really delay the HP movie's production. As far as I'm aware the movie is and has been finished for a while now. Thanks for setting me strait on that @_EW_: You know it. Already saw the commercial. That lady is all worried that she is going to die and keeps asking questions and House is like - "Can we talk about something besides you?" You gotta love House. ~HOP
