What is the best Star Wars video game?

What is the best Star Wars video game, with the exception of the KotOR series? This is partially for fun but also partially for me, since I'm thinking about playing another SW game but I don't know where to start.

Definitly Jediknight Series. Jk2 made my dream come true. Cool lightsaber duels.

But the Rogue Squadron Series is good as well.. remember playing one of those years ago. Good times.

I'll have to go with the X-wing series. No other game captured the feeling of the war between the Empire and the Rebellion so well (especially TIE Fighter). The Dark Forces series is a close second.

I actually rate Jedi Knight's storyline as better than TSL, and Jedi Knight II's gameplay as being better than KotoR. So, yeah, Jedi Knight for me.

JK for sure, JK: Jedi Outcast still stands up against current games, plus, apart from TFU, you can pick all the games you mentioned for next to nothing

Jedi Knight series for me, although i have very fond memories of the x-wing games, especially tie fighter. i also think the Ep.III game was extremely fun.. and perhaps deserves to be in the list instead of TFL, which hasn't even been released yet.

I'm gonna go with Force Unleashed, but only based on what it's promised to be. Also, I have no experience with the Jedi Knight series, or I may have a different answer.

JK Series - KotOR was pretty good, but nothing matches the thrill of being able to use a ****ing real lightsaber and duelling it out.

 

KotOR series would be a second, and I'm not sure on a third - probably Republic Commando or the Super Star Wars games.
