Don Quixote
Have you ever seen a movie that just was so emotional that tear or tears were shed?
Alkonium
Well, I don't cry no matter how sad I get, but the end scene in On Her Majesty's Secret Service always gets to me, along with Vesper's death scene in Casino Royale, the Order 66 montage in Star Wars Episode III, and that's about it really. Det. Bart Lasiter
I cried at the end of Rozen Maiden Traumend. I know it's not technically a movie but I watched it all in one sitting so it felt like a movie.
Ctrl Alt Del
Can't remember of any right now, but there's the Order 66 thing...
MacTavish
the Order 66 montage in Star Wars Episode III, and that's about it really. Me too. Saving Private Ryan and The Last Samurai also made me teary-eyed.
Titanius Anglesmith
I don't think I've ever actually burst into tears during any movie, but I did become a little teary-eyed the first time I saw the Order 66 segment of RotS and the beach scene at the end of "At World's End". Sabretooth
Yeah, the D-Day scene in Saving Private Ryan brought a tear to my eyes, but that was some 4 years ago. I haven't seen a movie that has made me cry since, though. No new movie is even worth crying about, if you ask me.
MdKnightR
Napoleon Dynamite made me cry......not because it was sad, but because I realized that I had waisted over an hour of my life that I couldn't get back.
Mike Windu
The part where Aragorn and all the humans bow to Frodo and the other hobbits is particularly heartwarming. As is the ending of Big Fish. They just make me smile a lot and sometimes my eyes well up.

Jae Onasi
Old movies: Brian's Song, Sunshine (not the new one) Pretty much any 'main-character-dies-of-cancer' movie Newer (in my lexicon) movies: Schindler's List Dead Poets Society ET (when he says goodbye to Elliot) RotS where Anakin slays the younglings, Order 66, and Padme's funeral procession Top Gun when Goose dies RotJ when Yoda dies Pretty much any movie where a major good character dies Watching some births Forrest Gump
Sabretooth
Pretty much any movie where a major good character dies Yeah, I remember tears welling up in my eyes when I watched King Mufasa's death in the Lion King when I was about 5-6 years old. One of my most closely guarded secrets.
Emperor Devon
I suppose I have a heart of stone... Not yet seen any movies sad enough to make me sniffle. :/ Padme's funeral procession The death of the person who was the co-conspirator in those vomit-inducing Episode II & III romance scenes made you cry? Made me cheer, really. Napoleon Dynamite made me cry......not because it was sad, but because I realized that I had waisted over an hour of my life that I couldn't get back. Quoted for total, utter truth. :
Bee Hoon
Lots of movies:/ Memorable ones being: Life is Beautiful, when the boy is hiding in the cupboard and his father is shot:'''( Taegukgi, a Korean war movie, at the climax which I shall not spoil Moulin Rouge, when Christian throws the money at Satine The Fellowship of the Ring, when Boromir dies Blood Diamond, again at the climax;p Damn these Hollywood people, tugging at my heartstrings! Rabish Bini
Never cried during a movie. Although I did feel sad when I watched the final episode of Season 2 of Buffy, but that's a TV show.
Reclaimer
I never cried, but the when I watched the Notebook with my girlfriend it was sad knowing she wouldn't ever remember that one guy.
Negative Sun
Big Fish for obvious reasons. The Shawshank Redemption, just an amazing movie. The Crow, emotions run high and revenge is sweet, still sad at parts though. End of the Century, the part about Joey Ramone's death. Most of the sad stuff in Star Wars, except Gungans dying and Padme...
Pavlos
Hmm... I don't believe I've ever cried in a film but I have been on the verge of tears. The Empire Strikes Back - Han Solo getting frozen in carbonite ET - The whole thing is just depressing The Lion King - Mufasa's death... still upsets me to this day The bicycle thief - Oh my... I think I'll need a box of tissues if I ever try to watch that again There are others but I can't really think of them. Though I don't seem to cry, I do have a rather interesting tendency to become attached to characters and so one of my particular pet peeves is when they kill someone's character (and said character hasn't had any development beyond saying the word "hello") and we're expected to be in tears about it. Actually: the most emotional thing I've ever seen is the end of Planescape: Torment. But that's not a film.
HerbieZ
Order 66 always gets me. That and that film called Jack with Robin williams.
adamqd
I don't know why, but I well up when Yoda lifts the x-wing out of the swamp and gives the sermon about the force in ESB, could be the music mixed with reminiscence? I suppose its the same as when people cry in church, there not sad, it just has an effect on them.

Pho3nix
I think I cried when I was younger when Mufasa died at the hands of Scar in the Lion King sad movie. And I have to admit my eyes were a little watery when I saw the Return of the King ending the first time.
Miltiades
And I have to admit my eyes were a little watery when I saw the Return of the King ending the first time. Same here. Never cried in a movie before, but that got to me. Order 66, death of Mufasa and death of Bambi's mother all made me almost burst into tears.
