Negative Sun Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 I know I'm glad they released these omnibus versions as it's much, much cheaper than buying them all separately, and much easier too I really can't wait for Vol. 2 it's agonizing...Any KotOR fan should own these!
Serpentine Cougar Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Are they doing that with the KotoR comics, too? Or will it be several years yet before that happens?
adamqd Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Volumes #1-3 of the Knights of the Old Republic comics (Collected TPB's) are already out >> ^^^
Negative Sun Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 The KotOR comics are being released as TPBs at the moment, which is about 6 issues each I believe, but because it's more of an ongoing series than the Tales of the Jedi stories I don't see them ever being released in bigger omnibus versions, but the TPBs are nice enough, good value and quality IMO...
Boba Rhett Posted March 15, 2008 Posted March 15, 2008 *sneaks into thread* So, yeah, one thing lead to another and I got one of these. Don't tell anyone.
Astrotoy7 Posted March 15, 2008 Author Posted March 15, 2008 awesome stuff Rhett. Make sure you post vids on youtube of all your crusty-esque death defying stunts mtfbwya

TriggerGod Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Corinthian said: Rockband isn't a Wii exclusive. Duh. Everyone knows that. I was posting that image as the good things... thing I gots it for the PS2.
Negative Sun Posted April 5, 2008 Posted April 5, 2008 ^ Oh yes! With 1Gb of memory for WMP funtime... ^ Words cannot describe the awesomeness of this game!
El Sitherino Posted April 6, 2008 Posted April 6, 2008 And the best of all. I love this car, it's got excellent headroom. I can even have my mohawk up and it not get brushed down by the top.
Boba Rhett Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I've been building a home theater/man-room of profound awesomeness for a while now and I just got the AV equipment up and running. The room isn't finished yet but most everything is in place. May I present to you, the business end of my home theater: The projector is a Panasonic AX200U and the screen is 108" diagonal. I built the screen myself by coating an MDF board with a homemade theater screen goo using various paints, metal/pearl acrylics and urethanes. The room has a 1000W surround sound system, a mini fridge, arcade machine, secondary tv, Xbox360, Wii, Xbox, a gaming rig that feeds into the sound system and projector, remote controlled lighting, a couch, a three guitar rack with a large Peavy amp for jammin', and a leather recliner with built in massage. I'll post more pictures as I finish things in the room. Right now I'm building a smoked glass shelving unit to go under the screen to house the electronics and mute their lights. Here's a video of it in action playing Bioshock on the 360: Click Here For Video So, who wants to come over first?
Pavlos Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 How much did all of that cost?! It is indeed a man-room of profound awesomeness.
Negative Sun Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Well I think Rhett just massively pwnd this entire thread...
Jason Skywalker Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 So, when am i going to your home Rhett? Awesome stuff you've got there.
Jeff Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Let us know how it runs on your rig Niner, I'm sure mine couldn't handle it but I'd still be interested to hear how it runs.
Da_man Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 I got the all of the metal gear solid 1-3 for the Ps2 for $30. Unedited, orginal editins all orted for the PS2. Cost of Awesomeness; $30. Cost of blowing a giant Metal Gear with scavenged weapons and sneaking around in a cardboard box: Priceless
Boba Rhett Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 It cost enough. Not as much as you'd think because I waited for a lot of deals to come my way and pieced most all of it together over time. I also repaired things to get even better deals, like the arcade machine. The only thing I really payed full price for way the projector but even with that I got a second year free on the warranty and a $400 gift card to blockbuster. A quick heads up to anyone who doesn't yet have Bioshock for the pc! GOGAMER is selling Bioshock for $22.90 for the next 48 hours! Hurry!
Da_man Posted April 10, 2008 Posted April 10, 2008 ^ I can get it off Steam for $10 if i really wanted it. I just got Metal gear solid 1-3 (read above post) and Empire Earth 3, so i'm going to be busy.
